The cheeses I present in tastings are for the most part made with raw, unpasteurised milk by artisan cheese makers with competence, great knowledge, professionalism, tradition and great transparency. We only offer cheeses produced by families that believe in sustainability and that take care of the animals in a wonderful way.
Many of these families work since several generations in cheese making and in agriculture
One of our most cherished products is alpine "Bergkäse" or "Alpkäse" which is produced only in the summer months on alpine huts at around 1500-2000m above sea level.
The wines we offer to you in tastings are from the German and Swiss vinicultural areas of the Lake Constance Region.
This region has a rich tradition in winemaking and has made tremendous progress in the quality (not quantity!!) of the varietals produced in the past 15 years.
Since the production of wine is in the most part in the hands of small family operated vineries, the best way to experience the wines is during a visit.
